After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, Dr. Hirsch attended the University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine, now the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, in Kansas City. While there, he performed externships in metropolitan Detroit. Following school, he returned to Detroit where he completed an osteopathic internship at Sinai Hospital of Detroit and a residency in family practice at Detroit Medical Center – Wayne State University.
Involved in his community, Dr. Hirsch is a member of several professional organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Practitioners.
